Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper
February 21, 2012 - 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Join us for the annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper. This traditional supper of piping hot pancakes, sausage and fruit is prepared by the church’s Men’s Group ministries and caps off Mardi Gras as we prepare for Ash Wednesday and the season of Lent. Children are most welcome and will be able to decorate their own Mardi Gras masks and parade around the sanctuary singing “When the Saints Go Marching In,” as well as other activities to celebrate the end of the Epiphany season.
The event lasts from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The charge is $4.00 each for adults, $2.00 each for children, or the whole family can eat for $10.00. All proceeds go to the various internal and external ministries of the Men’s Group at Church of the Annunciation.
